Eligibility and Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account and use services on pj0k:

  • You must be 21 years of age or older.
  • All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
  • You may open only one account.
  • Online gaming must be legal in your location.
  • You must register in your own name; registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification

pj0k may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. A National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be required for verification. Withdrawal access may be limited until verification is complete.

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details at registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Account Management

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you lose your password or suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. pj0k will not be liable for financial losses resulting from unauthorised use by a third party, unless you notify us promptly.

Deposits and Withdrawals

pj0k supports the main mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are set out below:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method)

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Large withdrawals or ongoing verification processes may take additional time.

4.4 Deposit Terms

Deposited funds can only be returned to the account from which they originated. pj0k monitors all transactions to prevent money laundering. Suspicious transactions will be suspended immediately.

Bonuses and Promotions

pj0k's bonuses and promotional offers are available for a limited time and are subject to specific terms and conditions. Reading the relevant terms before accepting any bonus is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
  • Some games may not contribute toward meeting the wagering requirement.
  • While a bonus is active, bets will be placed using the bonus balance only.
  • If the requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

pj0k has a five-tier VIP program:

  • Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
  • Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
  • Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.7%
  • Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
  • Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Players move up to higher tiers based on their activity on the platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, bonus hunting, or attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of the bonus and related winnings, and the account may be suspended.

Game Rules

All games available on pj0k are operated by internationally recognised game providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.

6.1 Game Integrity

All game outcomes are completely random and not predetermined. Cheating or software manipulation in games is strictly prohibited. pj0k is committed to a Fair Play policy.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disconnection, pj0k will attempt to restore the game from the last valid state saved on the server. We are not liable for losses caused by technical faults.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. pj0k reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pj0k platform:

  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Bonus abuse or manipulation.
  • Use of automated betting software or bots.
  • Hacking or attempting unauthorised access to platform systems.
  • Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players.
  • Placing bets on behalf of a third party (match fixing or similar activities).
  • Operating an account using another person's identity.

Involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

All content on the pj0k platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, text, and other elements — is the intellectual property of pj0k or its respective licensors.

8.1 Rights of Use

You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using any element of the platform for commercial purposes is prohibited.

8.2 User-Generated Content

By publishing any content on the platform, you grant pj0k the right to use, modify, and distribute that content.

pj0k places the highest importance on the security of users' personal data. Your information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

pj0k will not be held liable in the following cases:

  • Losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or internet connection problems.
  • Losses caused by user negligence or disclosure of account credentials.
  • Losses caused by issues with third-party service providers (payment gateways, game providers).
  • Service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.
  • A player's gambling addiction or mental health issues.

In any situation, pj0k's maximum liability is limited to the balance in the user's account at that time.

Account Suspension & Closure

pj0k reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

  • Violation of terms and conditions.
  • Providing false or fraudulent information.
  • Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
  • Failure to verify age.
  • Suspicious financial transactions.
  • Instructions from legal authorities.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

11.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a violation of terms and conditions, the balance may be forfeited or returned depending on the circumstances. Verified and clean balances are generally returned.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between pj0k and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through discussion.

12.1 Complaint Filing Process

For any complaint or dispute, please contact our support team first. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If the issue is not resolved, it will be escalated to higher authority.

12.2 Final Decision

In all disputes, the decision of pj0k's management board will be considered final, unless a competent judicial authority rules otherwise.
